Well, I went up to USF to get my change of circumstance form in and such, but i would have had to wait over an hour to see my councilor and since i had nothing else to do, I made an appointment to go tomorrow instead. I also hit up the bookstore to see if I could pick my books I had ordered. They were like "No, you can't" and I was all "Well can I cancel the order then and buy them now?" and they were like "No, we don't sell books until August 1st" and I'm like WTF? I'd like to start reading..... thank you! Anywho...no books, but I went and hung out with Bekah for a bit, kept her company while Kyle was at work teaching the ickle firsties how to march at PHUHS. Awwww... anyway, borrowed Paper Mario from her and I've been playing that, it's fun, I really like it. Relaxing game kinda, not a WHOLE lot of action but a fair amount of thinking.

Mom took me to Cody's to make up for being UBER-Bitch today, so that was good, I gots me a yummy terriyaki sirloin, so yay!

Also, I have a lead on a possible job that will be perfect, if I get it, but I don't want to jinx it so until then, I'm not saying anything!

Still very dissapointed about HBP, but I'm in a better mood, knowing that JKR still has one more book to redeem herself. And I pray she does, cus this past one was shit. Okey anyway...

I have to go up to USF tomorrow to go to the Financial Aide office and get some things straightened out, as well as hit up the bookstore and put in my app and pick up my books. So I will be in Tampa tomorrow, so if anyone wants to hang for a bit, let me know! Other than that, not much else going on. Hopefully everything will go well tomorrow with the finaide office and I will be moving into my new apartment soon. I can't wait to be in Tampa!!!

Well, Orientation kinda sucked major donkey ass (poor donkey). Sat for 2 hours just to have someone tell me everything I already knew. Left right as it was starting to rain to go see Bekah's new place in the complex I'm looking at. It's very close to school, and while slightly "ghetto" it's quiet. And cheap...very cheap+ student discount...w00t. Even living by myself, I have a chow mix dog who hates guys (other than BJ, cus he named him) and a .45, I think I'll be fine. Anyway, got stuck at Bekah's due to massive thunderstorm and so after it passed we decided to go down to the skyway for fishing fun!!! It was my first time driving over the skyway, and for someone with a massive fear of heights, bridges, and falling, I did pretty damn well. Especially considering the last time I went over it was in a motorhome and I ducked under the table I was so scared. Then again we were higher up and in the right hand lane, scary...*shudder* Any who... Bekah caught a mackeral (which I correctly identified as she was pulling it up, go me, I'm happy), BJ caught a small trout, Kyle caught his first ever Mango Snapper, BJ caught another Mango Snapper, and I caught a 13 inch LadyFish. Everything but the trout was a keeper, and we used the Ladyfish for bait, since that's about all they are good for. But boy did it give me a fight. I'm kinda sore from it... We also caught 2 little Sole, a little star fish, and a little blue crab while using the net to get bait.

Well, that's all for now, prolly going to hit the hay or maybe look for some of my classes to open up. So far all I have registered is Modern Japanese I and Karate... heeheehee... So helps me for my nursing degree... It's not my fault I had to take orientation so late...

I have Orientation tomorrow at USF, and hopefully I'll get the classes I need...

I'm so freaking bored right now....

I started reading the Bleach Manga, and it seems that the anime follows it perfectly, almost verbatum dialog and even cell wise. It's kinda creepy.

Unfortunately, directmanga.com is being stupid and won't let me dl 112+ right now, which is where the anime has left off at the moment, so it's pissing me off....

especially because i want to get up to the point in which Ishida comes back, and the I know the newest chapter really focuses on him...


In other news, I've only lost power once so far, so that's good. It was only for about 20 minutes, and I still had internet for part of that time becuase of my battery backup. So that's good.

Also, I know that the geocities bandwidth got exceeded on the Civil song, so I'm trying to find a new place to host it. My school has a place where you can host up to 200 or 500 (can't remember which) megs of stuff, but I can't seem to find it at the moment. If anyone goes to USF and knows where the site is, let me know. Thanks!


On another note, as long as the weather doesn't get too bad, BJ and I are going to go see the Fantastic Four today. We've only had that one really big band come through so far, and it's pretty quiet out right now. BUT, this is a really slow moving storm so who knows....

I had my interview today and it went really well. One the of the biggest questions they asked me was if any of the items sold bothered me in anyway... I laughed and said no, I had no problem with them. One problem is that it's only part time, and nights and weekends. I let them know about school and such, as well as the fact that i need weekends off everynow and then because of cons. I let them know the dates for AFO and everything. They had a few more people to interview today and I'm supposed to hear something today or tomorrow.


I have orientation on July 12th at USF, so hopefully my Japanese class will still be open at that point.... only 6 seats left the last time I checked....

On a sad note, we still haven't heard anything from my family in Ireland about my cousin who lives in London. I hope we hear something soon.... I know I have at least 1 cousin who lives in London, and with my family living in northern Ireland, it's possible more were over there...


Okey, it's starting to storm pretty bad so I'm going to head downstairs incase of tornadoes and sew a bit more on Riza, I got the lining today and it's really nice and soft and breathable.. yay!!!

Today is my last day at Progressive...*cry*... the crying is not really for not working here anymore, but for leaving all of my friends. It feels like the last day of high school, ya know, where you're pretty sure you'll never see any of these people again, but you try to keep in touch???? I know I see Lyn tons (she's stuck with me :p, I'm a cosplay geek now... :D)

But I'm also excited becuase I get to go back to being a college student and not have to worry about if I made production or calling in because I'm sick as hell. I'm going back to part time work in retail, most likely at Suncoast in University Mall (crosses fingers.... discounts on SO MUCH FREAKING ANIME...*dies*) I might also get a second PT job until school starts to help fund a bit more (ie my cosplay and anime habit, because we know that's freaking expensive, especially my fabric habit.... omg...)

BTW< Chopped a great deal of my hair off yesterday. Shortest it's ever been. But I love it. My head is like "WTF..." I made it all spikey in the back and if I want I can even spike it up top if i want for a really fun "punk" look :p...

I tried to put pink streaks in it yesterday but it's just not light enough in the spots i did it. I'm going to wait until after Metro (need the hair for my friday costume) and bleach a few parts and pinkify them. YAY!!! PINK HAIR AGAIN!!!! OMG CAN'T WAIT!!!

Okey, that's enough of a rant I guess....

Okay so yesterday I went to the Marshall Center (student union) at USF to set up my Credit Union accounts and get my ID Card. Well, I've been visiting my boyfriend there all year and I have basically been parking illegally in the main branch Credit Union parking lot the entire time. Now this lot says visitors, but doens't have a visitor permit machine, so I figured hey, if I get a ticket there, I'll just contest it anyway, and you always get a warning first.

So yesterday, I park at a meter in front of the Marshall Center because I had $20.55 in cash, and $10 had to go towards my ID Card and the little permit machines don't give change. So I put 50 cents into the meter, and it gives me a half hour... That should be more than enough time right?

 

WRONG!!
