Well, this is it. The first day of blogging. These will be public posts, and posted also at the Nano site.

Last night was the Halloween party at my cousin Kim's house, and I had jager for the first time, though in the form of a Jager Bomb, which makes it taste less like ass. XD Hubby and I went as a white trash newlywed couple and I had a fantastic black eye.

Today was the Star Wars in Concert event which was so amazing. Not only was it Star Wars music (loooove), it was the London Philharmonic and Anthony Daniels! So yes, definitely worth it. Hubby and I had a lot of fun.

That's all for day 1. About to install Windows 7 64 bit on Miya.

Well Karaoke Idol went well, imo. Got to hang out with tiatsuki and hear a lot of good people. I find out in 3 weeks if I've made it to the Semi-Final's or not.

On a side note, I dyed my hair a bit today, and I want opinions on how it turned out, and if I should go ahead and do all of my hair this color:

Well, Orientation kinda sucked major donkey ass (poor donkey). Sat for 2 hours just to have someone tell me everything I already knew. Left right as it was starting to rain to go see Bekah's new place in the complex I'm looking at. It's very close to school, and while slightly "ghetto" it's quiet. And cheap...very cheap+ student discount...w00t. Even living by myself, I have a chow mix dog who hates guys (other than BJ, cus he named him) and a .45, I think I'll be fine. Anyway, got stuck at Bekah's due to massive thunderstorm and so after it passed we decided to go down to the skyway for fishing fun!!! It was my first time driving over the skyway, and for someone with a massive fear of heights, bridges, and falling, I did pretty damn well. Especially considering the last time I went over it was in a motorhome and I ducked under the table I was so scared. Then again we were higher up and in the right hand lane, scary...*shudder* Any who... Bekah caught a mackeral (which I correctly identified as she was pulling it up, go me, I'm happy), BJ caught a small trout, Kyle caught his first ever Mango Snapper, BJ caught another Mango Snapper, and I caught a 13 inch LadyFish. Everything but the trout was a keeper, and we used the Ladyfish for bait, since that's about all they are good for. But boy did it give me a fight. I'm kinda sore from it... We also caught 2 little Sole, a little star fish, and a little blue crab while using the net to get bait.

Well, that's all for now, prolly going to hit the hay or maybe look for some of my classes to open up. So far all I have registered is Modern Japanese I and Karate... heeheehee... So helps me for my nursing degree... It's not my fault I had to take orientation so late...

I got the cloak I'm using for my Bellatrix LeStrange (harry potter people) for the HPB book release tonight, and felt like pimpin it now that the costume is complete. I got bored, did a little makeup (nothing spectacular mind you) and decided to do some photos. The dress is a spaghetti strap black shiny thingy that goes to my knees, and then I have knee high black boots as well, which you can't see cus I was taking the pics myself. So lookie under the cut and enjoy!!
