My name is Andii. I've been in the Arashi fandom since 2005ish though I've been a 'fan' of many things throughout my life. I'm 27, happily married and the mommy to one adorable almost-five-month-old girl named Amelia (who I think currently has a stinky diaper but who is asleep...I'll leave that for daddy).

Most of my posts are a combination of rl, random fandom things and nails. I'm currently in school to become a nail tech and so my life kind of revolves around that and the baby right now. After about a year of being mostly-absent from fandom, I'm trying to work my way back into the swing of things and work on being a more attentive mod at a_ra_shi.

If you've friended me for scans, uploads, fic, graphics, etc...don't hold your breath. None of that has been posted here for a long while and actually not a lot of it has been DONE in a long while. I just don't have the energy or time to do it anymore. I still write from time to time, mostly for exchanges, but I'm kind of crap at reposting them to wemakestorm. I'm trying to be better about that, though and I do now have an AO3 that I need to update. 

I post randomly and not on any sort of scheduled frequency. I'm crap at commenting and replying to comments - though I'm trying to be better. BUT, if you're on my flist know that while I may not comment, I 9.99/10 do READ. I don't always have a lot of time to check my flist so some long posts can sometimes be skimmed and for that I apologize if I miss something. Mommies don't have a ton of free time. :|b

I'm an aries and as such I'm highly opinionated. I apologize in advance if I say something rash and offensive - I've been working on it for a long while and have gotten good at policing myself before I say something I will regret. DOESN'T ALWAYS WORK, though, especially when hormones are all wacky from prego times/post-prego times. :/

I like to RP, though I haven't been doing as much as I used to, and not in a large group setting like I used to as well. I've played all of Arashi, but I usually drift to Ohno or Jun as my main muses. 

I've been to Japan twice: once in 2007 and again in 2011. In 2007 I was able to see w-inds. live at a fan club event and also had the opportunity to talk to Aiba on the phone thanks to his mother and her unlimited amounts of awesome. Though, by 'talk' I mean babble incoherently in highly-horrible Japanese. It's okay, he laughed. In 2011, I had the opportunity to not only see real snow for the first time, but also take part in the Final for the Scene tour at Fukuoka Yahoo Dome. Yes, the one that was made into the Scene Dome DVD. It was a great experience and I had a ton of fun at my first and probably only Arashi concert, especially given the fact that I got pregnant two months after (and had a kidney stone while there that I didn't know about!). My other Arashi-related encounter happened in 2009 at the NYCC for the Yatterman premier. I had the opportunity to sit in on the press conference with Sho and Takashi Miike. 

I have the Arashi kanji tattooed on my ankle, and a cluster of cherry blossoms on my lower back, right side. My husband wants me to get the kanji covered up, but I'd rather get it 'integrated' into another tattoo instead. We'll see how that debate turns out. XD
